Purpose: processing your print order and contacting you about it. Providing the required details is necessary to complete the service. If you separately consent to the customer directory, your name, e-mail address and phone number will also be stored in an independent contact directory to make future orders easier to handle.

Legal basis: for order processing – Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR; for the optional customer directory – Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

Retention: ordinary orders are normally archived automatically after 30 days and deleted after 90 days from submission. An administrator can change these periods in the control panel. Orders marked as recurring are excluded from automatic rotation until ended manually. Data voluntarily stored in the customer directory is independent from order history and is kept until consent is withdrawn or its purpose no longer applies.

Customer directory: consent to store contact details in the customer directory is not consent to receive commercial information or electronic marketing.

Recipients: authorised COMPAAN staff only; data is not profiled or transferred outside the EEA.

Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and – where processing is based on consent – withdrawal of that consent at any time; send requests to druk@7minut.pl.
